our story

Angela Simpson and Laura Voyle founded their company in 2013. Having joined a local running club earlier in the year, they met by chance. Always at the back of the group, running was never going to be a long term passion but the laughter and stories began a friendship and sewed the seeds of their creative venture together.

Angela and Laura were both at a juncture in their creative careers. Having spent fifteen years designing sets and costumes for the theatre, Angela’s designs had been met with critical acclaim, with award-winning shows running both nationally and in the West End. Laura's career in fashion saw her designs feature with all the major high street retailers in both the UK and abroad, with a reputation for attention to detail, fabric selection, and future trends. Theatre and fashion felt like the perfect fusion to build an interiors studio. It is this blend of design history and experience that underpins their unique approach to both private and commercial properties.
